The Space
This space was curated specifically with you in mind! We wanted to have a suite that gives you all of the luxuries an comforts of the city but in a secluded environment with breath taking views.
Best of all we are pet friendly! (Does accompany a fee based on how many pets are planned. Please no pets on the furniture and dispose of pet waste. If either rule is found not to of been followed then we will be forced to charge a fee that is stated in our house rules.)

Policies
Canceling Your Stay
At Serenity Hills, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable booking fees.

Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded, excluding booking fees.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Additionally, all booking fees are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
Guest Policy
Guest Policy for Serenity Hills
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please review the following policies:
- Maximum Occupancy: Serenity Hills has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.
- Minimum Age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the duration of the stay. ID verification may be required at check-in.
- Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the serenity of the area.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a cleaning fee.
- Pets: A max of two dogs are allowed, and must be specified in your reservation. A pet fee of $50 will be charged for each pet. Any damage to property will incur additional fees.
- Events & Parties: Large events, parties, or gatherings that exceed the guest limit are not allowed unless pre-approved by the property owner. Unauthorized events may lead to cancellation without refund.
- Damage & Incidentals: Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay. A security deposit may be held to cover such incidents.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, but cannot be guaranteed.
By booking a stay at Serenity Hills, guests agree to abide by these policies. Violation of any of these terms may result in additional fees, cancellation, or removal from the property without refund.
